Terms & Conditions

Crowd Attendance:

1. The participant acknowledges that the event organizer cannot guarantee a specific level of crowd attendance or footfall during the event.

2. The participant agrees that the event organizer shall not be held responsible or liable for any financial losses incurred due to poor crowd attendance.

Participant Withdrawal:

1. Once the participant's booth registration is confirmed, the participant shall be obligated to participate in the event.

2. If the participant wishes to withdraw from participating for any reason, the event organizer shall not be liable to refund any payment made by the participant.

Booth Allocation:

1. The event organizer reserves the right to allocate booth locations at their discretion, and no specific location is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

2. The participant agrees to accept the booth location allocated by the event organizer without any objection.

Event Changes and Cancellation:

1. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, date, venue, or any other aspect of the event, and the participant agrees to cooperate and adjust accordingly.

2. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure events, government regulations), the event organizer shall not be liable to refund the payment but may, at their discretion, offer credit towards a future event.

Indemnification:

1. The participant shall indemnify and hold the event organizer harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the participant's participation in the event.

2. The participant shall be responsible for any damage caused to the booth, event premises, or any third-party property during the event and shall indemnify the event organizer for such damages.

Insurance:

1. The participant is encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage, including liability insurance, to protect their property and interests during the event.

2. The event organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the participant's property during the event.

Non-Compete:

1. The participant agrees not to engage in any activities or promotions that may directly compete with the event or other participants during the event unless explicitly authorized by the event organizer.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

1. The participant shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and event rules during their participation in the event.

2. The event organizer reserves the right to expel any participant who fails to comply with the event rules or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
